We have a series of exciting Fringe Activities lined up this year to help you prepare for the run in a fun and enjoyable manner. Slots are limited, register* early to avoid disappointment!

Physio and Conditioning Workshop with Jenny Huang

Think you can keep up with with Natalie Dau's High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? Follow Natalie's lead as a Reebok sponsored athlete, one of Asia's top Obstacle Course racers, an avid podium-placed runner and an Asian CrossFit champion in her age group! Above all, the celebrity fitness entrepreneur is also a qualified Personal and Group Trainer, a Training for Warriors coach and has accreditation in Sports Nutrition. Natalie will keep your heart rates high and your spirits even higher with her infectious energy!

 

Who else is better suited to help you cool down than Physiotherapist Jenny Huang, one of the local elite athlete in our Great Eastern Women's Run. Learn from the expert herself on injury prevention and full body conditioning to prepare you for your fitness journey.

Training Run with the Running Department

Have you been preparing for the Great Eastern Women’s Run? 

Come join us for a training run starting from Stadium Riverside, along the picturesque Kallang River. 

Led by a team of experienced and high spirited pacers from the Running Department, the session is available in both 4KM or 8KM. This will definitely supplement your training programme and have you racing towards the finishing line on the 14th of October!
