1. How can I register?

Click here to register for the 2km Mummy + Me Run, 5km, 10km and 21.1km categories.

Click here to register for the Princess Dash.

2. What is the minimum age to participate in the Great Eastern Women's Run 2017?

There are different minimum age requirements for the different race categories.

  • 100m Princess Dash: Accompanying adult must be 18 years as of 31 December 2017. Child must be 3 - 6 years as of 31 December 2017.
  • 2km Mummy + Me Run: Adult must be 18 years as of 31 December 2017. Children must be 7 - 12 years as of 31 December 2017.
  • 5km Live Great! Fun Run: 13 years as of 31 December 2017.
  • 10km: 16 years as of 31 December 2017.
  • 21.1km Half Marathon: 18 years as of 31 December 2017.

3. How can I make payment?

You can make payment by VISA or Mastercard through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you have duly completed your registration.

4. What is my Great Eastern Policyholder discount code?

For Great Eastern Female Policyholders, select discount type - 'LIV3LY Code’ and enter PH<Last 4 characters of ID No.><ddyy of customer’s birthday> (eg. PH567A3085) into the field to enjoy the special rate.

Please note that the Great Eastern Female Policyholder LIV3LY code will only be valid until 13 August 2017, 2359h.

There is strictly no extension of the Great Eastern Female Policyholder rate after 13 August 2017, 2359h.

5. How do I make use of my Great Eastern Policyholder discount code?

For all Great Eastern Female Policyholders, to enjoy the policyholder discount*, please follow these instructions:

1. Sign in to the LIV3LY Registration System.

Existing LIV3LY members – Sign in with your LIV3LY details.

Non-LIV3LY members – one of the following options to sign in:

(i) Sign up for a LIV3LY account, OR

(ii) Log in with your Facebook account, OR

(iii) Continue without an account: Enter a valid email address to continue.

2. Select (i) Individual, (ii) Register for 2 / Team of 4, or (iii) Team members

  • Select ‘Discount Type’, choose ‘LIV3LY Code’, enter PH<Last 4 characters of ID No.><ddyy of customer’s birthday> and click ‘Apply Discount’.
  • The system will automatically reflect the Great Eastern Female Policyholder rate.

In the event that the discount is not reflected, please email us at info@greateasternwomensrun.com and we will assist you further.

*Please note that the Great Eastern Female Policyholder LIV3LY code will only be valid until 13 August 2017, 2359h.

6. What is Loyal Runner discount code? (Only applicable to Great Eastern Women's Run 2016 participants.)

If you had registered for Great Eastern Women’s Run 2016, please use the email address that was used to register for 2016’s race as your LIV3LY code.

7. How do I make use of my Loyal Runner discount code?

All registered participants of the Great Eastern Women's Run 2016 are entitled to loyalty rates* for the 2017 race.

1. Sign in to the LIV3LY Registration System.

Existing LIV3LY members – Sign in with your LIV3LY details.

Non-LIV3LY members – one of the following options to sign in:

(i) Sign up for a LIV3LY account, OR

(ii) Log in with your Facebook account, OR

(iii) Continue without an account: Enter a valid email address to continue.

2. Select (i) Individual, (ii) Register for 2 / Team of 4, or (iii) Team members

  • Select ‘Discount Type’, choose ‘LIV3LY Code’, enter the email address that was used to register for Great Eastern Women’s Run 2016 and click ‘Apply Discount’.
  • The system will automatically reflect the Loyal Runners rate.

In the event that the discount is not reflected, please email us at info@greateasternwomensrun.com and we will assist you further.

*Please note that the Loyal Runner LIV3LY code will only be valid until 13 August 2017, 2359h.

*There is strictly no extension of the loyalty rate after 13 August 2017, 2359h.

8. How can I register for a group? (Group must consist of 15 people or more.)

Group registration discounts are only applicable to groups consisting of 15 people or more.

You can register in a group if you are registering for more than 15 people. Group registrations are entitled to a 5% discount.

Group registration is only applicable for Early Bird (Public) and Normal Period pricing. It is not applicable for Policyholders' rates, Loyal Runners’ rates and 'Register for Two' rates.

Registrations can be made up of a mix of categories.

Please write in to info@greateasternwomensrun.com to register as a group.

9. Is GST included in the registration fee?

Yes, GST is included in the registration fee.

10. How will I know if my entry has been accepted?

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the race.

11. Why have I not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?

There could be several reasons:

  • The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or is treated as spam.
  • Your registration was not successful.
  • There was an error in your email address.

Please check your registration status via the Participant’s Login on the Great Eastern Women's Run 2017 website and reconfirm your email address. We will resend the confirmation slip through the online tracking system.

If all the above fails, please call our hotline at +65 6248 5777 and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • NRIC/Passport No.
  • Race Category

Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigation.

12. Can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration?

Yes. You can make changes to your personal particulars by logging in to the Participant’s Login with your email address and password, or send us an email at info@greateasternwomensrun.com.

Participants will not be able to change the following details:

  • Email Address
  • Race Category
  • Date of Birth
  • NRIC/Passport No.
  • Gender

All competitors are to make changes by 1 October 2017, 2359h. Any request for changes after 1 October 2017, 2359h will not be entertained.

13. Can I change race categories after I have registered?

No.

14. Can I join multiple race categories?

No. Joining of multiple categories is not allowed due to safety concerns.

15. If I do not wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?

No. Race entries are strictly non-transferable. The registration system documents the particulars of each runner and in the event of emergencies where medical assistance is required. The emergency contact is taken from the information stated at the back of the bib. For the safety of our runners, changes are not permitted.

16. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?

The withdrawal policy of the Great Eastern Women's Run 2017 is as follows:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal notification must be sent in writing either by post or email. The date of withdrawal will be as postmarked on the envelope, or in the email header. Telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal will not be accepted.

Participants who withdraw before 1 October 2017 will receive a 50% refund of the paid race fee.

This refund will be credited back to the credit card used during the original entry. Payments made by cash will be refunded by cheque.

Refunds will be issued after the event or in each administration period.

There will be no refunds made for all withdrawals submitted after 1700h on 1 October 2017.
