The available payment options are via Credit Card or Debit Card only (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). This is done via Stripe, a secure payment platform.
2. Can I get a refund if I did not apply my promo code?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable and registration is non-transferrable. Please check your payment amount before confirming your payment.
3. Will I get a refund if I choose not to participate in the Race after registering?
No refunds will be given to any participants who do not participate on Race Day.
4. Will I get a refund if the race is cancelled or postponed?
In the event of a cancellation, postponement or modification of the race or any component of it, there shall be no refund of registration fees. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or losses that may occur. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

2. How do I download the 42Race App?
You can download the 42Race App on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
3. What can I use the 42Race App for?
The 42Race App is the registration platform for Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023. It is also the app for tracking your participation in virtual Pre-Race Fringe Activities.
4. What should I do if I am experiencing issues with the 42Race App?
Check that you have downloaded the latest version of the 42Race App. Screenshot the error that you have experienced if possible and email it to contact@42race.com describing the issue experienced. Please provide the brand, model and version of your iOS or Android device.
1. Will there be a Race Entry Pack Collection?
No, there will not be any race entry pack collection this year. All pre-race entitlements will be couriered to the address you had submitted during registration prior to the event. Please ensure that the address submitted is accurate.
2. When and how will I receive my race entitlements?
Pre-Race entitlements
All pre-race entitlements, which include your race t-shirt and tote bag, will be couriered to the address you had submitted during registration prior to the event. Participants are encouraged to wear their race t-shirts on the Race Day on 29 October 2023.
Participants will receive an SMS on the day of the delivery. In the event that the participant is not at the delivery location to physically receive the parcel, she may inform the driver to leave the parcel at a specific location at the participant’s own risk.
If the participant is uncontactable, the driver will have to mark the delivery as unsuccessful and a re-attempt will be done on the next working day.
There will be two (2) delivery attempts in total (first attempt followed by one (1) re-attempt). If all two (2) attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to the Organisers.

Post-Race Finisher Entitlements
The finisher’s medal will be issued on the day of the race at the Athlete’s Welfare Area, upon completion of the race.
The finisher’s e-certificate will be made available on the 42Race App after the race. Go to your “Profile” and scroll down to “Joined Events”. Find the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 event and click on the “Cert” icon.
3. Will I still receive a finisher’s medal and e-certificate if I complete my run after the cut-off time?
Participants that finish after the stipulated cut-off times will not receive their finisher’s medal and e-certificate.
The cut-off times are as follows:
21.1km : 4 hr 30 mins
10km : 2 hr 30 mins
5km : 1 hr 30 mins
2km Mummy + Me : 40 mins

All participants are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before their flag-off time to have sufficient time for baggage check-in as heavy traffic is expected. The start pen will open 30 minutes before each respective flag-off time and will close 30 minutes after the flag-off time, with the exception of 100m Princess Dash.
The start pen for the 100m Princess Dash will open 15 minutes before the flag-off time and will close 10 minutes after the flag-off time.
Runners who are late or who start in another category will be disqualified.
2. Is there a baggage check-in area where I can deposit my belongings at before starting the race?
You may deposit your belongings at the baggage check-in counter provided. Runners are advised to carry the minimum essentials to the run.
The baggage counter will be manned by volunteers. Please note that the Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items.
3. Must I wear the race t-shirt and race bib?
You are encouraged to wear the race t-shirt on the Race Day on 29 October 2023. Participants must wear their assigned number bib on their chest at all times during the race. Participants without the allocated bib will not be allowed to take part in the race.
4. What are the cut-off timings for Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023?
The cut-off timings are as follows:
21.1km : 4 hr 30 mins
10km : 2 hr 30 mins
5km : 1 hr 30 mins
2km Mummy + Me : 40 mins
5. Is there an official route for the race?
Yes, participants are to follow the designated route. Marshalls and directional signages will be stationed along the route. More details on the official route will be released closer to Race Day.
6. Will there be any road closures?
There will be road closures during the course of the race. More details on the race route will be released closer to Race Day.
7. What if I am injured before or during the race, or otherwise unable to finish the race?
If you are injured or are experiencing any unusual health symptoms, seek the attention of our medical staff and/or marshalls along the route. Ambulance services are available if necessary.
Do note that participants who are unable to complete the race will not be eligible to receive the finisher’s medal and prizes (if any).
8. Are there any prizes for the race?
The 21.1KM and 10KM categories are competitive and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 runners of each category. Each individual runner’s timing is recorded.
The 5KM, 2KM Mummy + Me, and 100M Princess Dash categories are non-competitive hence no prizes will be awarded. Each individual runner’s timing is recorded for the 5KM category.

Note: The Race Organiser reserve the rights to replace stated prizes with other items of equivalent value. Runners competing for top prizes are advised to assemble at the front of the start pen at the start of the race. Race results ranking will be based on ‘Gun Time’. Prize money earned by non-resident runners is subject to withholding tax. For more information, please visit IRAS website. Prize monies will be transferred to the prize winner via bank transfer or PayNow by 15 November 2023.
9. Where can I retrieve my race result?
Your race result will be made available on the 42Race App after the race. Go to your “Profile” and scroll down to “Joined Events”. Find the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 event card and click on the “Cert” icon to retrieve your e-certificate and race timing.
10. Are there any post-race activities?
Yes! We are excited to welcome you back to the Race Village at the National Stadium after the run. More details on the exciting activities at the Race Village will be shared soon.

1. What is the GREAT Missions?
The GREAT Missions is a free pre-race fringe activity offered to all registered participants (“Participants”) of the Great Eastern Women’s Run (GEWR) 2023. The GREAT Missions activity will take place from 1 June 2023 to 31 October 2023, and is available in the 42Race mobile app after registration for the GEWR 2023.
2. How do I take part in the GREAT Missions?
To sign up for the GREAT Missions, you must first be a registered participant of the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023.
On the 42Race mobile app, log in to your 42Race account and go to your “Profile”. Scroll down to “Joined Events”. Find the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 event card, which is available once you are registered for the Great Eastern Women’s Run. Click on “Mission” and you can start taking part. The mini missions for each month’s Mission will be loaded/refreshed at the start of each month.
3. What should I do to win?
In the GREAT Missions activity, there is a monthly mission for each month. There are 6 mini missions to be completed during each monthly mission, from 1 June 2023 to 31 October 2023. Participants who complete all the mini missions for each monthly mission stand to win prizes for that month. Find out more about the prizes and Terms and Conditions here.
4. How do I know if I have successfully completed the monthly mission?
Upon successful completion of each mini mission, a pop-up screen indicating your completion of the mini mission will appear. It will also be indicated on the Missions page that you have completed 6 out of 6 mini missions.

The Virtual Milestone Challenge is a free pre-race fringe activity offered to all registered participants (“Participants”) of the Great Eastern Women’s Run (GEWR) 2023. It is intended to help Participants ease into the momentum of running, in preparation for the race day. Registered Participants may start to take part in the Virtual Milestone Challenge from 4 September 2023 to 8 October 2023. The Virtual Milestone Challenge is a fun way to train for the run, unlock milestones and earn e-badges!
2. How do I take part in the Virtual Milestone Challenge?
To sign up for the Virtual Milestone Challenge, you must first be a registered participant of the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023.

3. How many Milestones are there in the Virtual Milestone Challenge?
There are five (5) Milestones to complete in the Virtual Milestone Challenge during the clock-in period from 4 September to 8 October 2023. Completing each Milestone will allow you to unlock a completion e-badge.

Milestone 1 (4 Sep - 10 Sep): Complete a total of 2km by 10 September 2023, 2359 hours

Milestone 4 (25 Sep - 1 Oct): Complete a total of 20km by 1 October 2023, 2359 hours

Distance is cumulative over the Milestones.

4. How do I record and submit my run for the Virtual Milestone Challenge?
Firstly, track and record your running activities via a GPS-enabled application, such as Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Huawei Health Kit etc. Track your running activities in distance (kilometres (km)), not steps.
There are two ways to submit your running activities through your 42Race account.
5. How many submissions can I make to complete the Virtual Milestone Challenge?
You may complete the distances in multiple sessions and make unlimited submissions to accumulate the required distance throughout the clock-in windows from 4 September to 8 October 2023 and according to the milestones and distances stated at paragraph 3 above.
6. Can I edit or delete my submission(s) if I have made an error after uploading?
Yes, manual and auto-synchronised submissions can be deleted. Click here for the instructional guide on how to delete your submission.
7. How do I know if I have successfully completed my Virtual Milestone Challenge?
The milestones will light up upon completion. Additionally, for every milestone completed, you will unlock an e-badge. The e-badge can be found under “Achievements”.

1. What is Great 115?
“Great 115” is a friendly competition to motivate women to keep fit and Reach for Great together. Created especially for registered Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 participants, ladies test their fitness levels and challenge their physical limits through five different stations. The top 3 participants will win attractive prizes.
2. When and where will Great 115 be held?
It will be held on 13 August 2023 at OCBC Square, from 9.00am - 12.30pm. Registered participants are advised to arrive 30 mins prior to the start of the event for sufficient time to check-in.
3. Who can take part in Great 115?
Great 115 is open to registered Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 participants who are 18 years old and above as at 13 August 2023. Slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now for GEWR 2023 to join Great 115.
4. Is there a fee for Great 115?
There is a nominal registration fee of S$5 per pax to take part in Great 115. All participants will receive a goodie bag worth more than S$30 on the day of the event.
5. How do I register for Great 115?
Please follow the steps below to register for Great 115:
a) Log in to 42Race and go to your Profile.
b) Scroll down to “Joined Events” to the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 event and click on the “Rewards” icon.

c) Under the “Rewards” icon, you will find the registration link for Great 115.
d) Complete your registration for Great 115 through the link.
6. Can I register for more than 1 person?
Each GEWR 2023 participant can only register for herself through her own 42Race account.
To participate in Great 115, one must be a GEWR 2023 participant. Please register for GEWR 2023 first.

8. What are the five stations to test my fitness?
Five stations have been curated to test participants’ fitness across various aspects:
(i) Tyre lift
Get ready to test your muscular endurance, strength, and stability. Lift the 6kg tyre above your head as many times as you can in two minutes.
(ii) Shuttle Run
Assess your speed and agility as you sprint between two markers. Go as fast as you can and complete this station in the shortest time possible.
(iii) Box jump
Test your power, agility, and balance as you leap to new heights. Engage the muscles in your core and lower body as you propel yourself to jump up and down the elevated platform. Landing with both feet each time, challenge yourself to do as many repetitions as you can within two minutes.
(iv) Battle rope
Unleash your inner battle angel. Stretch the limits of your physical strength and mental focus in this high-intensity exercise that tones the whole body. Swing the battle rope over a cone without knocking it over as many times as possible within two minutes.
(v) Plank
Strengthen your core strength, posture, and endurance. We’re looking at your form, body control, and stability as you activate multiple muscle groups to hold the perfect position. Stay in the plank position for as long as possible, up to a maximum of two minutes.
9. How does the score system work?
Points are given based on the participant's performance at each station. Incremental points will be awarded accordingly for additional rep(s). Below is a reference of the score system:
