1. How can I register?
Click here to register for the 2KM Mummy + Me, 5km, 10km and 21.1km, 113km categories.

2. What is the minimum age to participate in the Great Eastern Women's Run 2021?
There are different minimum age requirements for the different race categories.*
• 2km Mummy + Me Run: Female adult must be at least 18 years as of 31 December 2021. Female Child/children must be 5 - 12 years as of 31 December 2021.
• 5km: Minimum 13 years as of 31 December 2021.
• 10km: Minimum 16 years as of 31 December 2021.
• 21.1km Half Marathon: Minimum 18 years as of 31 December 2021.
• 113km: Minimum 18 years as of 31 December 2021.
*Parental consent has to be taken for participants who are below 18 years old as of 31 December 2021.

3. What Is a virtual race?
A virtual run can be completed anytime and anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill*. Run at your own pace at your own time. Simply complete the run to earn your medal!

*Treadmill tracking limited to wearables available through Apple HealthKit and Google Fit.
If all methods stated above cannot be used due to any unforeseen circumstances, participants can also make manual submissions to https://submissions.liv3ly.com/login.

4. How does a virtual run work?
Simply register for the virtual run on the MOVE by LIV3LY app or web. Use the MOVE app to track your run. Complete the required distance anytime, anywhere and receive your race entitlements upon successful completion of the run from 14 November to 15 December 2021.

5. How do I track my distance and time my run?
Use the MOVE by LIV3LY running tracker to track the distance and time for your runs. You can also use any of the following integrated trackers:
1. Apple HealthKit
2. Google Fit

Treadmill tracking is limited to wearables available through Apple HealthKit and Google Fit.

6. When is the clock-in period for the run?
The clock-in period is as follows:

Start Date: 14 November 2021

End Date: 15 December 2021

7. When does registration close?
The registration duration is as follows:

Start Date: 18 August 2021
End Date: 15 October 2021*

*Registration will close on the 15 October 2021 or when slots sold out whichever is earlier.

8. What are the race distances, fees and entitlements?

10. What is my Loyal Runner discount code? (Only applicable to Great Eastern Women's Run 2019 participants.)

11. Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes, GST is included in the registration fee.

12. Do I have to complete the distance all at once?
No. You can split the distance into different run sessions as long as you complete the distance within the clock-in period.

13. How do I know if my registration is accepted?
You will receive 2 emails upon successful online registration to your registered email address. One email will contain the race confirmation details while the other email will contain a receipt that details the payment you have made.

14. Why did I not receive a confirmation email despite making payment?
This could be due to a variety of reasons as follows:

1. Your registration was not successful and therefore the confirmation slip was not rendered.
2. There could be an error in your email at the point of registration, so the confirmation email was unable to be sent to the correct email address.
3. The email has been blocked by your mail server and/or is treated as spam.
4. Your payment failed to be processed.

15. What should I do if I do not see the event listed on my MOVE by LIV3LY APP upon my registration?Kindly check if you have received the confirmation email and whether payment has been deducted from your bank/credit card. Do ensure that the email used for the MOVE app is the same email used to register for the event and that the MOVE app is updated to the latest version.

16. For 2km Mummy + Me category, does my kid need to have a phone and a MOVE account to clock-in?
No, your kid will be running with a parent and clock-in will only be done via your (Mummy) account.

 

1. What are the payment options available?
The available payment options are Visa, Mastercard, Americal Express, GrabPay, PayNow and eNets.

2. Can I get a refund if I am unable to participate?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable and registration is non-transferrable.

3. Can I get a refund if I did not apply my promo code?
No. Please check your payment amount before confirming your payment.

1. Who is LIV3LY?
The MOVE app is developed by LIV3LY, a social fitness and marketplace platform for mass events participation in Southeast Asia. LIV3LY's mission is empower everyone to move more, move better and move fast to be the best version of themselves through encouragement and empowerment. The platform is designed with the motivation you need, the achievements you desire and the rewards you deserve.

2. How do I download the MOVE BY LIV3LY App?
Download and create your account on the MOVE by LIV3LY app - available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Will the APP be able to detect when I am not running?
The MOVE by LIV3LY is able to detect if you are stationery or onboard a moving vehicle such as a car or a bicycle. In such cases, if the MOVE tracker is on, it will not include that particular distance travelled in the total recorded distance.

4. What should I do if I am experiencing issues with the MOVE BY LIV3LY App?
1. Check that you have downloaded the latest version of the MOVE BY LIV3LY App
2. Screenshot the error that you have experienced if possible and email to contact@liv3ly.com describing the issue experienced. It will be helpful to provide the brand and model of the phone that you are using as well as the version of your IOS or Andriod

5. Can I manually submit a screenshot of my run?
Yes, you can also submit a screenshot of your run at: https://submissions.liv3ly.com. You will be required to enter the date of run and start time, duration of run and distance as well as to upload a screenshot of your run. You may update up to 10 sessions at one time. You will receive an email once you have successfully made a submission.

6. How do I know if I have successfully completed my run?
There are several methods to check if your run is successfully completed:
1. You will receive an in-app notification of your completion
2. You will receive a completion email accompanied with an e-certificate
3. You can check on the event tracker under “My Events” section on your MOVE app and the tracker should show a full coloured bar signifying a run completion

1. When and how will I receive my entitlements if I purchased the race slot with the full entitlements?

Pre-Race Entitlements*
You will receive your race tees and sports bag via courier, before the race period starts. Participants are encouraged to wear their tees to complete their race.

On the day of delivery, participant will receive a notification on her Ninja Van delivery on the same day. In that notification, a 3-digit code will be provided as shown below:

In the event that participant is not at the delivery location to physically receive the parcel, she may pass on this 3-digit code to the driver when they contact her. This will act as a form of verification and approval for the driver to leave the parcel at a specific location at the participant’s own risk.

Unfortunately, if the participant is uncontactable, the driver will have to mark the delivery as unsuccessful and a re-attempt will be done on the next working day.

There would be 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to the events organizer.

Post-Race Finisher Entitlement*
The medal will be delivered to you after the end of the race period. You will have to complete your registered distance within the stipulated race period to qualify for the medals.

*Your entitlements will be mailed to the address you had entered at the point of registration.

2. How do I earn the post-race finisher entitlements?
Register for the event and successfully complete your chosen distance by the stipulated race period to qualify to get the medal.

3. When will I receive my entitlements?
Pre-Race Entitlements*
You will receive your race tees and sports bag before the official start of Great Eastern Virtual Race 2021.

Post-Race Finisher Entitlement*
You will receive your finisher medal via Singpost mail within 30 days starting from 16 December 2021.

*Your entitlements will be mailed to the address you had entered at the point of registration.

4. Will I receive my post-race finisher entitlements if I do not complete the run during the clock-in period?
No. You will only get the finisher entitlements upon completion of the run distance during the race period.

5. Can I change my mailing address?
You can send an email to info@greateasternwomensrun.com or dial the customer hotline 62485777 / 62485779 with your request and new address and our customer service team will assist to amend your address. Do note that you will have to change your address before the entitlements are mailed out to you. We will not be responsible for sending a replacement once the package has been dispatched. Please check the receipt that has been emailed to you after you have successfully registered for the event and inform the customer service team if changes are required.
