1. Can I get my friend or family member to queue on my behalf?
- You may get a friend or family member to queue on your behalf.
- However, if you would like to qualify to be the first 115** female registrants to receive one (1) pair of complimentary Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 race slots for any category, you must be:
(a) a female registrant physically present at the Launch Event
(b) representing yourself in the queue
(c) wearing a GEWR event t-shirt from any of the past GEWR editions (2006 - 2022)

2. Can I purchase more than 1 race slot at the Launch Event?
- Yes, you may purchase more than 1 race slot at the Launch Event. The on-site launch promotion rate (equivalent to 15% discount on the Policyholder & Loyal Runner Rates) is applicable to all registrants (including members of the public, Policyholders, and Loyal Runners) who purchase race slots on-site at the Launch Event on 24 May.
3. Why should I attend the Launch Event? What is the difference between purchasing a race slot at the Launch Event and signing up online?
- Join us for the Launch Event to enjoy on-site promotions:
- (a) The first 115** eligible female registrants will receive one (1) pair of complimentary Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 race slots for their preferred category (**T&Cs apply)
- (b) All registrants who are at the Launch Event to purchase race slots will enjoy a special on-site launch promotion rate (equivalent to 15% discount on the Policyholder & Loyal Runner Rates) on a race slot purchased for any race category.
- (c) The first 300 registrants in the queue at the Launch Event will receive one goodie bag (worth S$50) per person, regardless of the number of race slots purchased.
4. I am a Great Eastern Women’s Run 2021 runner. Am I entitled to the Loyal Runner rates?
- The Loyal Runner rates online are offered to runners who have taken part in the last edition of Great Eastern Women’s Run in 2022.
- However, if you are physically present at the Launch Event, you will enjoy the special on-site launch promotion rate (equivalent to 15% discount on the Policyholder & Loyal Runner Rates).
5. Do Policyholders/Loyal Runners get additional perks at the launch event?
- You get to enjoy the on-site launch promotion rate (equivalent to 15% discount on the Policyholder & Loyal Runner Rates).
6. What are the payment options available at the Launch Event?
- You may make payment via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and PayNow.
7. Why do we need to complete our registration online?
- You will need to complete your registration online to provide information required for the race, including your contact details, t-shirt size, race pack delivery address etc.
- After making payment, please use the promo code provided to complete registration on the registration website (42Race). Enter your promo code during checkout. Please check the payment amount before checking out as registration fees are non-refundable and registration is non-transferrable.
- Promo codes will expire at 2359 hours on 26 May 2023.
- Registration is not confirmed until you have completed the registration online and received a race confirmation email.
