#RuntoLiveGreat, a programme under the Great Eastern Women’s Run, is returning for its sixth instalment! An exclusive programme with customised training plans, #RuntoLiveGreat is committed to help many first-time runners start their journey towards living a healthier lifestyle.
This year’s theme is The Tough Club. We’re ditching labels, breaking the mould, and letting go of stereotypes. Through a series of exciting activities, such as training runs, HIIT workouts, yoga, and many more, #RuntoLiveGreat provides a supportive evironment as you train for the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2019. Overcome your fitness obstacles and reach your fitness ideals with the guidance of 3 of Singapore’s top fitness specialists – Natalie Dau (@rockstararms), Wany Misban (@oneknee), and Roxanne Gan (@roxannegan_).
Each #RuntoLiveGreat participant will also receive an exclusive Starter Kit, which will include a pair of New Balance running shoes, a New Balance tee, and a fitness tracker to help participants kick start their fitness journey!
