Policy Terms & Conditions:

This product can be obtained through Bank CTBC Indonesia.

General requirements:

• Participant Entry Age: 
  • Insured: 14 days - 65 years.
  • Policy Holder: 18 years - 80 years.
• Age Calculation Method: Last birthday method 
• Premium: Based on gender, sum insured and age
• Premium Payment Period: Periodic Premium with a Premium Payment Period of 5 years
• Sum Insured: In accordance with underwriting provisions
  • Minimum Rp. 250 million
  • Maximum: Adults Rp. 5 billion per person, Children (up to 17 years old): Rp. 2 billion per person
• Premium Payment Method: Periodic Premium with a 5-year Premium Payment Period paid annually, semi-annually, monthly.
• Insurance Period: Until the Insured is 80 years old
• Waiting Period: The waiting period is 90 calendar days from the insurance start date. This waiting period applies to critical illness benefits and diagnosis confirmation verification.
• Premium Payment Grace Period: 45 (forty five) calendar days from the Premium payment due date
• Policy Study Period ( Free look ): Policyholders can study the Policy for 14 (fourteen) calendar days, starting from the date the Policyholder receives the Policy.

GREAT Early Critical I Riderllness: 

• Entry Age: 
  • Insured: 14 days – 65 years
  • Policyholder: 18 years – 80 years 
• Age Calculation Method: Last birthday method
• Premium: Based on gender, sum insured and age
• Premium Payment Period: Payment Period until before the end of the Insurance Period.

Notes:

• Even though the Basic Insurance Premium (Great Multiple Critical Illness) payment has been completed, the customer still has to pay this Additional Insurance Premium.

• Sum Insured: 20% of Basic Insurance Sum Insured (Great Multiple Critical Illness)

• Insurance Period: Until the Insured is 80 years old

• Waiting Period: 90 calendar days, from the Additional Insurance Start Date

• Premium Payment Grace Period: 45 (forty five) calendar days from the Premium payment due date

• Policy Study Period ( Free look ): Policyholders can study the Policy for 14 (fourteen) calendar days, starting from the date the Policyholder receives the Policy.

GREAT Multiple Critical Illness is a life insurance product owned by PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia ("Great Eastern Life Indonesia"), not a product of PT Bank CTBC Indonesia ("Bank CTBC") and Bank CTBC is not an insurance agent or insurance brokerage company of Great Eastern Life Indonesia. Great Eastern Life Indonesia is fully responsible for the GREAT Multiple Critical Illness product and the contents of the insurance policy issued for GREAT Multiple Critical Illness, so that Bank CTBC is not responsible in any form for the GREAT Multiple Critical Illness product and the contents of the policy issued in connection with the GREAT Multiple Critical Illness product. The GREAT Multiple Critical Illness product is not a bank deposit product, thus it is not included in the government guarantee program or the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The premium paid by the Policyholder includes acquisition fees, administration fees, bank commissions and marketing staff commissions (if any).

The information in this document must be read and subject to the provisions of the Policy and other provisions related to the GREAT Multiple Critical Illness product that are currently in effect and any changes thereto in the future.

GREAT Multiple Critical Illness is a health insurance product issued by PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia. GREAT Multiple Critical Illness provides Major Critical Illness Insurance Benefits until the Insured is 80 (eighty) years old, with Major Critical Illness Benefits of up to 400% of Sum Insured, Premium Waiver Benefits, Death Benefits, Verification of Diagnosis Confirmation, and Final Insurance Benefits. GREAT Multiple Critical Illness can be supplemented with Additional Insurance (Rider) GREAT Early CI*.

This product has the following advantages:

• Provides comprehensive protection by providing protection against the risks of 59 types of major critical illnesses and 63 types of minor critical illnesses**.
• Maximum Protection by providing benefits up to 4X the claim if diagnosed with a different major critical illness.
• Flexible, there are premium payment period options according to customer needs.

The age calculation method for this product is using the last birthday method.

* Additional insurance can be provided by paying additional insurance premiums.
