• Age Calculation Method: Last birthday method
• Currency: Rupiah 
• Insurance Period: 1 year and can be extended until the participant reaches 60 years of age
• Sum insured: 

• Waiting Period: 30 calendar days
• Policy Study Period: 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the date the Policy is received by the Policyholder.
• Costs: Premiums paid by Policyholders and/or Participants include administration, bank commissions and marketing staff commissions (if any).

Great Eastern Life Indonesia is fully responsible for the GREAT Proinsure Mosquito-Borne Diseases Insurance product and the contents of the insurance policy issued for the GREAT Proinsure Mosquito-Borne Diseases Insurance product. The premium paid by the Policyholder includes administration, fund management, bank commissions and marketing staff commissions (if any).
