This product can be obtained through  GoGREAT  from Great Eastern Life Indonesia.

General requirements:

• Participant Entry Age: 
• Insured: 18 – 64 years old
• Policyholder: 18 – 80 years old
• Age Calculation Method: Last birthday method
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: Rp. 100 million per person
  • Maximum: Rp. 500 million per person 
• Insurance Period: 1 year and can be extended until the insured reaches 65 years of age
• Premium Payment Period: 1 year and can be extended until the Insured reaches 65 years of age
• Premium Terms: Premium rates depend on the class of work and the sum insured.

GREAT Accident Protection is a life insurance product owned by PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia ("Great Eastern Life Indonesia"). Great Eastern Life Indonesia is fully responsible for the GREAT Accident Protection product and the contents of the insurance policy issued for the GREAT Accident Protection product. The premium paid by the Policyholder includes acquisition, administration, fund management, bank commissions and salesperson commissions (if any). The information in this document must be read and subject to the provisions of the Policy and other provisions related to the GREAT Accident Protection product that are currently in effect or any changes thereto in the future.
