• This product can be obtained through Bank CTBC Indonesia 

• General requirements:
• Participant Entry Age: 
  • Insured: 1 month - 65 years
  • Policy Holder: 18 years - 80 years

  The insured may be different from the policyholder provided that there is an insurable interest relationship between the policyholder and the insured.

• Insurance Period: 1 (one) year and can be extended until the Insured is 70 years old by paying the renewal premium. 
• Premium: Minimum total premium for basic insurance (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance) and additional insurance (rider) is IDR 2,000,000 per year
• Premium Payment Frequency: Annual 
• Premium Payment Period: Periodic premium, 1 year and can be extended until before the end of the Insurance Period 
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: Rp. 5,000,000 (five million rupiah)
  • Maximum: Rp. 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah)

Notes:

Policyholders can only purchase this product with at least 1 (one) additional insurance (GREAT Pro Life Additional Insurance, GREAT Pro Critical Additional Insurance, GREAT Pro Medical Additional Insurance). Policyholders cannot purchase only the basic PA product (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance)

• Underwriting Conditions: Underwriting Conditions/Health Declaration follow the selected Additional Insurance.
• Waiting Time: No Waiting Time 
• Survival Period : No Survival Period
• Policy Study Period ( Free look ): 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the date the Policy is received by the Policyholder
• Grace Period: The grace period for premium payments is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the due date for premium payments.
• Entry Age Requirements: Insured: 18 years – 65 years 
• Insurance Period: Follows the Insurance Period of the Basic product (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance)
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: Rp. 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah)
  • Maximum: Rp. 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah)

 

Additional Insurance: GREAT Pro Critical Insurance

• Change of Sum Insured: not permitted
• Underwriting Terms: Health Declaration 
• Waiting Time: No Waiting Time 
• Survival Period: No Survival Period
• Grace Period: The grace period for premium payments is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the due date for premium payments.
• Entry Age Requirements: Insured: 18 years – 65 years 
• Insurance Period: Follows the Insurance Period of the Basic product (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance)
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: Rp. 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah)
  • Maximum: Rp. 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah)

 

Additional Insurance: GREAT Pro Medical Insurance

• Change of Sum Insured: not permitted
• Underwriting Terms: Health Declaration 
• Waiting Period: 90 (ninety) calendar days from the Insurance Start Date
• Survival Period: 7 (seven) calendar days from the time the Insured first experiences a condition that meets all the criteria for one or more Critical Illnesses.
• Grace Period: The grace period for premium payments is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the due date for premium payments.
• Entry Age Requirements: Insured: 1 month – 65 years 
• Insurance Period: Follows the Insurance Period of the Basic product (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance)
• Sum Insured: As stated in the table of Inpatient, Outpatient and Dental Care Benefits 
• Entry Age Requirements: Insured: 1 month – 65 years 
• Insurance Period: Follows the Insurance Period of the Basic product (GREAT Pro Solution Insurance)
• Sum Insured: As stated in the table of Inpatient, Outpatient and Dental Care Benefits

  • Bronze and Silver Plans: Health Declaration 
  • Gold and Platinum Plans: Full Risk Selection ( full underwriting)
• Waiting Period: 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Insurance Start Date
• Survival Period: No Survival Period
• Grace Period: The grace period for premium payments is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the due date for premium payments.
