GREAT Heritage Protector

• Insured Entry Age : 14 days – 80 years
• Policyholder entry age : 18 years – 99 years 
• Age Calculation Method : Next birthday method
• Insurance Period:  Until the Insured is 99 years old
• Premium Payment Period:  Single Premium is paid in one lump sum
• Premium Payment Method : Policyholders can pay insurance premiums by auto-debiting the customer's bank account.
• Single Basic Premium: Minimum USD 10,000
• Sum insured: 
  • Minimum: 1.5x of Single Basic Premium
  • Maximum: Maximum: 5x of Single Basic Premium
• Risk Selection : Full Risk Selection (Full Underwriting) 
• Policy Withdrawal and Redemption Facilities:
  • Partial Withdrawal: 
    • Can be done after the policy has been active for 2 years
    • Minimum USD 1,000, with a minimum Cash Value balance of USD 20,000 after withdrawal
    • 3rd to 10th year: charges apply, does not reduce the Sum Insured (max. 60% of the Single Basic Premium).
    • Starting from the 11th year: free of charge, but will reduce the Sum Insured.
  • Policy Redemption:  The policyholder may redeem the policy or withdraw the entire Cash Value as stipulated, subject to applicable fees/obligations. Upon redemption, the policy terminates.

• Policy Study Period (Free Look Period) : 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the date the Policy is received by the Policyholder. 

GREAT Heritage Protector is an insurance product owned by PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia ("Great Eastern Life Indonesia"), not a product of PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk ("Bank") and the Bank is not an insurance agent or insurance brokerage company of Great Eastern Life Indonesia. Great Eastern Life Indonesia is fully responsible for the GREAT Heritage Protector product and the contents of the insurance policy issued for the GREAT Heritage Protector product, so the Bank is not responsible in any form for the GREAT Heritage Protector product and the contents of the policy issued in connection with the GREAT Heritage Protector product. The GREAT Heritage Protector product is not a bank deposit product, thus it is not included in the government guarantee program or the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The premium paid by the Policyholder includes acquisition, administration, fund management, bank commissions and marketing staff commissions.

The information in this document must be read and subject to the policy provisions and other provisions related to the GREAT Heritage Protector product that are currently in effect and any changes made in the future.
