GREAT Max Pro Assurance

Catatan: 

• Insured's entry age : 14 days – 80 years (next birthday)
• Policyholder entry age : 18 years – 99 years (next birthday)
• Premium Payment Period : Single premium paid in one lump sum
• Insurance Period : Until the Insured is 99 years old
• Prize: 
  • Minimum: Single Basic Premium: USD 10,000
  • Maximum: in accordance with underwriting provisions
• Policy Withdrawal and Redemption Facilities:
  • Partial Withdrawal:
    • Can be done after 2 years of active policy 
    • Maximum withdrawal up to 60% of the Single Basic Premium in the 3rd to 5th policy years, with a minimum Cash Value balance of USD 10,000.
    • Withdrawals after the 5th year are free of charge, but reduce the Sum Insured.
  • Policy Redemption: The Policyholder may request the redemption of the entire Cash Value in writing.
• Initial Fee:  12% of Single Basic Premium.
• Administration Fee : 0.1% per year of Total Cash Value, deducted monthly
• Insurance Costs:  Insurance costs are calculated based on the Risk Coverage Amount, Insured's Age, Insured's gender on each Policy anniversary date as long as the Policy is still valid;
• Withdrawal Fees:

• Currency : USD 
• Policy Study Period (Free Look Period) : 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the date the Policy is received by the Policyholder. 
• Sum insured : 
  • Minimum: 1.5 x of Single Basic Premium
  • Maximum: 5 x of Single Basic Premium

Great Eastern Life Indonesia is fully responsible for the GREAT Max Pro Assurance product and the contents of the insurance policy issued for the GREAT Max Pro Assurance product, so the Bank is not responsible in any form for the GREAT Max Pro Assurance product and the contents of the policy issued in connection with the GREAT Max Pro Assurance product. The GREAT Max Pro Assurance product is not a bank deposit product, thus it is not included in the government guarantee program or the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The premium paid by the Policyholder includes acquisition, administration, fund management, bank commission and marketing staff commission (if any).
