General requirements:

Insured's entry age: 14 days - 80 years (next birthday)
Policyholder entry age: 18 years - 99 years (next birthday)
Insurance Period: Until the Insured is 99 years old
Premium Payment Period: Single Premium is paid in one lump sum
Insurance period: until the insured is 99 years old
Prize:
- Single Basic Premium: Minimum Rp 50,000,000
- Initial Additional Single Premium:
  - Minimum Rp. 10,000,000
  - Maximum 3 times the Single Basic Premium
- Initial Additional Single Premium can only be added at the time of initial insurance application.
- Note: Maximum Initial Additional Single Premium depends on the multiplier factor and Sum Insured
Sum insured:
- Minimum: 1.5 x of Single Basic Premium
- Maximum : 5 x of Single Basic Premium
Return: Guaranteed for the first 1 Return 0 year of the Policy and not guaranteed thereafter
Initial Fee: The Initial Fee charged is 13.5% of the Single Basic Premium and Initial Additional Single Premium (if any)
Administration Fee: Administration Fee will be deducted every Policy month which will be taken from each Basic Cash Value and Additional Cash Value in the amount of = 0.1% per year of the Cash Value divided by 12.
Insurance Fee: Insurance Fee is calculated based on the Sum Insured, Age and gender of the Insured which is due on each anniversary date of the Policy month as long as the Policy is still valid.
Partial Withdrawal: Any withdrawal of funds will be taken from the Cash Value, subject to the following conditions:
- Partial Withdrawal can be done after 2 years of Active Policy.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 10,000,000, referring to the minimum balance of the Policy Cash Value after withdrawal of IDR 20,000,000.
- Withdrawals made after the 2nd (two) Policy Anniversary up to the 10th (tenth) year will be subject to a Fund Withdrawal Fee and will not reduce the Sum Insured.
- Withdrawals made from the 11th (eleventh) year will not be subject to a Withdrawal Fee, but will reduce the Sum Insured and subsequently the Sum Insured will be reduced by the amount of the Withdrawal made by the Policy Holder.
- Maximum withdrawal of 60% of the Total Single Premium (Including Initial Additional Single Premium). Valid for Policy Years 3 to 10.
Policy Redemption: The Policyholder may submit a written request for Policy Redemption or Withdrawal of the Total Cash Value to Great Eastern Life Indonesia. Great Eastern Life Indonesia will pay the Total Cash Value available in the Policy upon approval of the Policy Redemption after deducting any outstanding fees and obligations (if any), and the Policy will then expire.
Withdrawal of Funds:
- Withdrawals made after the 2nd (second) Policy Anniversary up to the 10th (tenth) Policy Year are subject to the following Withdrawal Fees:
