Teng Kah Chun

I began my career with Great Eastern in 2010. At that time, I was a 20-year-old university student who got inspired by his housemate, who spoke of the fulfilment of his job. I was attracted to the idea of providing families with financial security. After five years of hard work and dedication, I was promoted to agency manager in 2015 with 9 agents working under my leadership.

I'm passionate about my work and is committed to helping Malaysians understand the importance of insurance. In Malaysia, many people still think that insurance is not a necessity, and I see it as my mission to educate people and provide them with professional advice to help them achieve financial security.

Reflecting on my career, I had no regrets joining the insurance industry. It has provided me with meaningful work, allowed me to make many new friends, and given me the opportunity to learn how to manage people and run a business. Most importantly, it has allowed me to earn a steady income to support my family.
