We've shown you seven tasty ways to detox on local foods. Now you might like to add these dishes to your menu. Here are seven different detox-friendly menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks – ideal for the next seven days.

1. Detox breakfasts
  • Healthy and easy to make, these breakfasts are a great start to the day.
  • Oatmeal porridge cooked with unsweetened almond milk and mashed banana. Topped with sunflower seeds or crushed flaxseeds
  • Smoothie made with nut milk, mango and goji berries.
  • Homemade tuna spread (in a blender, combine tinned tuna in water with avocado) and vegetable sticks.
  • Chia seeds cooked with almond milk, topped with fresh berries.
  • Power shake made with hazelnut milk, half an avocado and raw cacao

The beauty of these lunches is that they can be made in advance and taken to work as a packed lunch.
