All LIVE GREAT members (inclusive of non-policyholders) will receive complimentary access to LIVE GREAT Reads articles and a variety of tools to assist them in living the ideal healthy life.
Upon registration and logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to take the Wellness Profiling Lite questionnaire to assess your current health status and know what to aim for. Also, as a LIVE GREAT members, you will be one of the first to be notified of any upcoming Great Eastern events and workshops.
Eligible Great Eastern Life policyholders will receive the LIVE GREAT card with exclusive access to benefits and privileges at more than 1,000 health and wellness partner establishments across South East Asia. Click

What is LIVE GREAT card?
The LIVE GREAT card is regional customer recognition programme with exclusive access to benefits and privileges at more than 1,000 health and wellness partner establishments across South East Asia.
LIVE GREAT card membership is offered exclusively to our life insurance policyholders.
Membership is complimentary for eligible Great Eastern Life policyholders; register

Is it a medical card?
No it is not a medical card but the LIVE GREAT card may be used to enjoy exclusive privileges at our medical partner outlets. Click

I have registered for the LIVE GREAT card, but I have yet to receive it. How may I get my card number?
Kindly be informed that card delivery takes up to 4 weeks. Eligible Great Eastern Life policyholders may obtain their LIVE GREAT card number by logging in to their LIVE GREAT account. Click on the “View your LIVE GREAT card” button to view your card number.
I have lost my card, may I get a new card? Are there any charges for re-issuance?
Yes, we do re-issue cards for policyholders with eligible inforce policies; currently card reissuance is complimentary. Just drop us an e-mail at
livegreatprogramme-my@greateasternlife.com with your NRIC number or LIVE GREAT card number and your preferred delivery address.

here. The LIVE GREAT card is automatically generated for eligible Great Eastern Life policyholders. If a card has already been issued, your card details will be displayed on your profile page. You may view your card number on your profile page by clicking on the “View your LIVE GREAT card” button
May I borrow the card from my family/friends to enjoy the benefits and privileges?
The LIVE GREAT card benefits and privileges are only applicable to the card member him/herself.
I have registered online but I am not able to view my LIVE GREAT card number online.
Only eligible Great Eastern Life policyholders may be able to view their card number online. The LIVE GREAT card will not be issued to non-policyholders.
For eligible Great Eastern Life policyholder, if you are unable to view your LIVE GREAT card number online, kindly ensure that you are registered on our Malaysian LIVE GREAT portal. The Malaysian portal will display the Malaysian flag on the top right corner of our website. If you have accidentally registered on the wrong portal, kindly re-register your account
