Great Eastern Pickle Up! Team registration form
Date : 10 August 2025
Venue : Grand Pickleball Arena, Subang
Time : 8.00 AM onwards
Registration for the Great Eastern Pickle Up! Team category is subject to the following eligibility criteria:
- Registration is via eligible Great Eastern Life Malaysia agent as the Team Captain (“Team Captain”).
- Team captain must onboard one (1) new-to-agency policyholder ("New-to-agency Team Member") from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- Each team must consist of 6 players, including:
- The agent who onboarded the New-to-agency Team Member (Team Captain).
- The New-to-agency Team Member onboarded by the Team Captain.
- Two (2) additional pairs, each comprising of:
- One (1) agent; and
- One (1) new-to-agency or existing customer.
- All players must be Malaysians aged 18 and above
- Each team will require at least three (3) male and three (3) female players.
The team will play in the following sub categories throughout the tournament from group stage leading to knockout stage.
- Men's Doubles,
- Women's Doubles, and
- Mixed Doubles.
Player Pairing Requirement
Each subcategory must be represented by a pair
consisting of:
- One agent; and
- One new-to-agency or existing customer.

- Champion: RM 2,000
- First runner up: RM 1,000
- Second runner up: RM 500
