1. How do I redeem the birthday treats?

 

You can redeem the available treats via our Great Eastern Rewards mobile application, please refer to the terms and conditions for the respective treats in the mobile application.

 

The treats can be found under '<Month> Birthday Treats' after your verification as a Great Eastern customer with your NRIC/FIN in the Great Eastern Rewards mobile application. (For example, March Birthday Treats).

 

You only can choose ONE of the complimentary treats under “Exclusive Birthday Treats” category in the mobile application.

 

2. How do I sign up for an Great Eastern Rewards account?

 

Download Great Eastern Rewards from the respective app store. Once downloaded, tap on “Sign up”, enter a valid email address and create a password. If you are a Great Eastern customer, please register and follow the steps as indicated within the app.

 

3. I have an existing Great Eastern Rewards account. Why am I unable to see the birthday treats?

 

You will need to verify yourself as a Great Eastern Policyholder, following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to 'me' tab

Step 2: Click on ‘Verify as a Great Eastern customer

Step 3: Key in your NRIC/FIN. A One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number that you have registered with Great Eastern

 

4. I still do not see the treats in my Great Eastern Rewards account after I have done the verification.  What should I do?
