1. Who is eligible for the FitAge x GREAT Life Advantage II bonus STARS?

You have to be the policy owner and primary life assured of an inforce GREAT Life Advantage II insurance policy.

2. As a GREAT Life Advantage II policyholder, how do I join the FitAge x GREAT Life Advantage II campaign?

a) Download the GETGREAT app

b) Verify yourself as a Great Eastern Customer in the GETGREAT “Me” tab

c) Connect the GETGREAT app to your fitness tracker/app

d) Stay active and lead a healthy lifestyle to earn bonus STARS

3. If I join today, when can I get my STARS?

Bonus STARS will only be awarded when you attain a younger FitAge of at least one year younger or more.

4. How long will this FitAge x GREAT Life Advantage II bonus STARS campaign last?

The FitAge x GREAT Life Advantage II bonus STARS campaign will run from 1 December 2020 and shall continue until an end date to be determined by Great Eastern. Participants in the Campaign will be notified via email two months before the cessation of this campaign.

5. How do I redeem my bonus STARS?

Bonus STARS will be added to your overall GETGREAT STARS. Achieve a minimum of 500 STARS for the month and redeem them in blocks of 500 to the UPGREAT mobile app. Balance STARS not redeemed will be forfeited by month end.
