General Questions of UPGREAT App:

1.      What is UPGREAT?

UPGREAT is a rewards platform that allows all to enjoy greater deals and offers every day.

 

2.      Who can sign up for UPGREAT and is it free?

UPGREAT is free for all to use. If you register in UPGREAT as a Great Eastern customer, you will be able to enjoy more deals.

 

3.      How do I sign up for an UPGREAT account?

Download UPGREAT from the respective app store. Once downloaded, tap on “Sign up”, enter a valid email address and create a password. If you are a Great Eastern customer, please register and follow the steps as indicated within the app.

 

4.      I have difficulties in downloading UPGREAT. What can I do?

Please use the latest software version of your mobile phone. UPGREAT is compatible with:

a.      iOS 12 and above.

b.      Android OS 8 and above.

 

5.      What is my Great ID?

Great ID refers to the email address that you have used to sign up for your UPGREAT account.

 

Technical Related:

1.      I can’t log in to my UPGREAT account, what should I do?

Please ensure:

a.      You have already signed up for an UPGREAT account.

b.      You have entered a valid and correct email address.

c.      You have entered a correct password.

2.      The UPGREAT app is not working, what should I do?

a.      Check that you have the most updated version of UPGREAT.

b.      Check that your iOS / Android OS is updated to support the app.

c.      Try restarting your mobile phone.

d.      If the problem remains unresolved, please contact us at upgreat-sg@greateasternlife.com.

 

Rewards Related:

1.      I have won prizes from playing the games on travel wanderlust website. How can I redeem/claim the prizes?

You will need to sign-up for an UPGREAT account to redeem/claim the prizes as rewards will be fulfilled through UPGREAT app.

 

2.      Can I purchase listed promotion deals on this website if I am not an UPGREAT member user?

No. You will need to register to become an UPGREAT member to purchase the listed promotion deals.

 

3.      Can I use my existing loyalty points from the participating merchants over and above the current listed promotions?

This will be dependent on the terms and policies of the participating merchants which can be found on their respective links.

 

4.      When will the UPGREAT points be credited to my UPGREAT account once I have booked through the deals listed?

You should receive your UPGREAT points within 6 weeks of the transaction being confirmed. Once the points have been confirmed, you will receive an email notification from RebateMango. You may also login to https://www.rebatemango.sg/upgreat using the email address registered with UPGREAT and check your rewards status under My Profile > Dashboard.

 

5.      How do I know if I have made any successful purchases of the promotion deals listed on Wanderlust Retailers powered by RebateMango via UPGREAT app?

Customers will receive a transaction email from RebateMango within 3-14 days once the transaction has been confirmed by RebateMango.

 

6.      Can I get a refund after making a purchase?

All sales are final, With regards to cancellation and extension policies for purchase of overseas airline tickets and accommodation stays, please refer to the terms and policies of the relevant merchants. For local staycations, please contact the relevant hotel establishments in the event of another regulated lockdown.

 

7.      Whom do I contact with regards to any issues on Wanderlust Retailers in UPGREAT app?

For any issues encountered on UPGREAT app, please contact us at upgreat-sg@greateasternlife.com.

For any query on points earning on transactions made at RebateMango store site, please contact us at upgreat.support@rebatemango.com.

 

8.      When can I use the travel insurance discount voucher?

You may utilize the discount voucher from 1 January 2021. The voucher has a validity of 6 months.

 

9.      Which countries can I use the travel insurance discount for?

10.   Is the travel insurance discount for all plan types?

The discount is applicable for single trip only.

 

11.   Is there an age limit to get the free 1-year GREAT Value Protect plan?

Yes, the minimum age is 18 years old and the maximum age is 64 years old. 

 

12.   What if I already have an existing GREAT Value Protect plan? Can I still register and get the free 1-year GREAT Value Protect plan?

If you are currently insured under a GREAT Value Protect plan, you will not be eligible for the free 1-year GREAT Value Protect plan.
