Get well benefit

Speed up your recovery process by using this one-time lump sum payment of S$5003 to purchase supplements to boost your immunity or even sign-up for fitness classes.  

Home health care benefit

You can recover in the comfort of your home from long-term sicknesses such as cancer, stroke or dementia after discharge from hospital with our home health care benefit4. It covers at-home treatments and medical services including professional visitation fees made by medical doctors, nurses and qualified physiotherapists.

Hospice care benefit

Ease the emotional burden and physical discomfort for you and your loved ones with the hospice care benefit. It reimburses in-patient hospice stays of up to S$300 per day for a maximum of 90 days per policy year

Daily hospital cash incentive

Receive a hospital cash incentive of up to S$275 for each day that you are admitted to a lower class ward than the one you are entitled to. This extra cash can come in handy for your daily expenses.  

Companion Accommodation

Be there for your loved ones in the event that he or she is hospitalised. Total Health covers accommodation expenses for your companion's stay in the hospital, up to S$80 per dayfor a period of up to 10 days per hospitalisation. 

Purchase or rental of medical aids

Recovery sometimes requires the additional support of medical aids5 deemed as medically necessary such as a special appliances or prosthesis, which can be costly. This additional sum will help fund purchases or rentals of such medical aids.

What’s not covered

Hospitalisation income: To receive a cash benefit for each day you spend in hospital, consider Supreme MediCash.

Loss of Income: To protect yourself against losing your monthly income because of illness or injury, consider PayAssure.

Critical illness: To receive lump sum payout upon diagnosis of early stage critical illness - consider Critical Care Advantage.

1 The amount which must be borne by the Policyholder before any benefit becomes payable under Supreme Health. Expenses incurred for Kidney Dialysis Treatment, Cancer Treatment, Erythropoietin and Immunosuppressant drugs prescribed for treatment of organ transplants provided to the Life Assured on an outpatient basis will not be subject to Deductible.  

2 The proportion of the Expenses that needs to be borne by the Policyholder under Supreme Health after the deduction of Deductibles (where applicable).

3 Payable in one lump sum for hospitalisation of 9 consecutive days and above.

4 Eligible Expenses incurred by the Life Assured for treatments and/or medical services provided within 90 days from the day the Life Assured is discharged from the Hospital, Community Hospital or Inpatient Hospice Care Institution, limited to S$100 per day.

5 Such medical aids must be prescribed by a Medical Doctor as Medically Necessary and must be purchased or rented;

(a) within 120 days before and during the period of Hospitalisation; or

(b) within 180 days from the date of discharge from the Hospital.

All other medical aids not described above will only be covered if the Company deemed it is medically necessary at the point of purchase or rental. Purchase and rental of medical aids due to Kidney Dialysis Treatment or Cancer Treatment are excluded.

6 All accommodation expenses incurred by the Life Assured’s parent, legal guardian, legal spouse, sibling, biological child or legally adopted child who is above 18 years next birthday during the Hospitalisation of the Life Assured, provided that the medical treatments for the Life Assured are covered under this Policy. The Expenses incurred will be subject to the daily Benefit Limit up to 10 days per Hospitalisation.

Maximum entry age for Supreme Health (B Plus, A Plus and P Plus), Total Health and Total Health Plus rider is age 75 years next birthday.

All premium rates are inclusive of 7% GST. Premium rates are not guaranteed and may be adjusted based on future experience. Age stipulated refers to age next birthday.

It is usually detrimental to replace an existing health plan with a new one. A penalty may be imposed for early plan termination and the new plan may cost more, or have less benefits at the same cost.

In case of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

These plans are protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
