How to log in

1. Go to e-Connect and click [Log in with Great ID].

2. Enter your Great ID and Password.

    Then click [Submit].

How to reset your password

1. Go to e-Connect and click [Log in with Great ID].

2. Click [Forgot Your Password?].

3. Enter your Great ID.

    Then click [Next]. An email verification pin will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Enter the pin and click [Next].

5. Enter your new password and and re-enter your new password to confirm new password entry.

    Then click [Next].

How to change your password on e-Connect

1. Click on [Log in].

2. Select [Change Password] from the dropdown list.

3. Enter your Current Password , new password and re-enter your password.

    Then, click [Submit]. Your new password will be in effect.

3. Under [My Profile], click [Profile Information] and click [Update].

4. Update your particulars and click on [Preview].

5. Under [Declaration], check the box [I accept the terms and conditions as stated above] and click [Submit].

6. If you see the screen below, it means your submission is successful and your particulars have been updated.
