  1. Go to e-Connect and click [Sign in with Great ID].
  2. Enter your Great ID and Password.
  3. Click [Submit].

  1. Go to e-Connect and click [Log in with Great ID].
  2. Click [Forgot Your Password?].
  3. Enter your Great ID, then click [Next]. An email verification pin will be sent to your registered email address.
  4. Enter the pin and click [Next].
  5. Enter your new password and and re-enter your new password to confirm new password entry. Then click [Next].
  1. Click on [Log in].
  2. Select [Change Password] from the dropdown list.
  3. Enter your Current Password , new password and re-enter your password. Then, click [Submit]. Your new password will be in effect.
  1. Click on [Log in].
  2. Select [View Profile] from the dropdown list.
  3. Under [My Profile], click [Profile Information] and click [Update].
  4. Update your particulars and click on [Preview].
  5. Under [Declaration], check the box [I accept the terms and conditions as stated above] and click [Submit].
  6. You will see an acknowledgement screen if your submission is successful.

To change your OTP, please download the Great Eastern app and update your Personal particulars under the Services tab.

  1. Click on [My Service Request].
  2. Select [Change Payment Frequency] and follow the step-by-step guide.
  1. Click on [Login].
  2. Select [View Profile] from the dropdown list.
  3. Click on [Statement Preference].
  4. Select paper or electronic mode to receive your Annual Bonus and Terminal Bonus Statement(s). Then click on [Save].
