Besides seeing patients with diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, lipid abnormalities, calcium and vitamin D disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and obesity, Dr Soh subspecialises in managing women with endocrinological problems during pregnancy (e.g., gestational diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders).
He can perform ultrasound scan of the thyroid and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid nodules for patients.
Professional Positions and Memberships:
Dr Soh is currently the Vice President of the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO).
He was previously Adjunct Assistant Professor in Medicine at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. He was also in the Core Faculty of the SingHealth Internal Medicine Residency program.
Dr Soh graduated with Master of Medicine and Master of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2000.
He obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom) [M.R.C.P. (UK)] in 2006.
He underwent Advanced Specialist Training in Endocrinology in the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and obtained his specialist accreditation in 2010.
He was awarded the SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship in Diabetes in Pregnancy at Joslin Diabetes Centre, USA, in 2010.

Dr Soh won several Service Quality Awards during his tenure in Singapore General Hospital (SGH).
He received the Singapore Health Quality Service Gold Award in 2012.
