Participation in this campaign is limited to the first 800 qualified policyholders who have registered at https://www.greateasternlife.com/sg/en/personal-insurance/live-great/mothercare-priority-pass.html between 20 December 2018 to 26 December 2018, 23:59 (both dates inclusive) (collectively, the “Eligible Participants”, and each an “Eligible Participant”).
Invalid or incomplete registrations will be disqualified from participation.
Each Eligible Participant shall receive an SMS confirmation (“SMS”) which will be used as a Priority Pass (“Pass”) to the Mothercare Annual Fair 2019 (“Fair”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Eligible Participant shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Pass regardless of the number of registrations submitted. Each Pass admits 2 entries.
In the event of duplicate registration, Eligible Participants will be issued the Pass on the selected date of the event based on the most recent submission record in Great Eastern’s system.
The SMS will be sent at least 3 days before the event to the mobile number of each Eligible Participant, as indicated in the registration submission. In addition, Eligible Participants will receive the Pass in the UPGREAT app.
The SMS will not be resent if it is deleted from the mobile phone.
Each Eligible Participant must present the original SMS and the Pass in the UPGREAT app to the staff from Mothercare to enter the Fair.
The Pass is not exchangeable for cash or any other product.
By participating in this campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees and consents to Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, agents, the Companies’ authorized service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using and/or disclosing his personal data for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer this campaign and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement which is accessible from Great Eastern Singapore’s website, which the Eligible Participant confirms he has read and understood.
Great Eastern reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion (without any obligation to provide a reason), to (a) terminate or withdraw this campaign or vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or liability to any party, or (b) replace or substitute the Pass with another product of equal or similar value, which may be redeemed by Eligible Participants on the same terms and conditions.
Decisions by Great Eastern Life on all matters relating to this campaign or these Terms and Conditions shall be made at its absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this campaign or these Terms and Conditions. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
