¹ For selected Great Eastern customers who are Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents, ages between 17 and 50.

² Up to S$1,000 daily cash benefi­t is payable with a minimum 3 consecutive days normal ward hospital stay. Daily cash benefi­t is doubled if warded in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

³ Daily rate is based on a 17-year-old individual with the annual premium of GREAT Care Benefi­t Platinum 1000 plan, divided by 365 days and rounded off to the nearest cent.

⁴ Payable per Hospitalisation and only when Section A or B is payable.

⁵ Payable per Hospitalisation due to Dengue Fever and only when Section A or B is payable.

⁶ Period of Hospitalisation refers to a hospitalisation or a series of hospitalisations that arise due to the same or related cause where the occurrences of each such hospitalisation falls within 180 consecutive days or less from the previous such hospitalisation.

⁷ Injury refers to bodily injury caused solely and directly by an accident.
