It’s a wrap! Shake & Win campaign Terms and Conditions
1. ‘It’s a wrap! Shake & Win' campaign (“Campaign”) is only applicable to all existing users and new users who has sign up for an account on the Great Eastern Rewards App during the campaign period.
2. ‘It’s a wrap! Shake & Win' campaign period is from 18 April 2022 till 30 September 2022 (both dates inclusive).
3. Qualified users will stand a chance to win the Dyson AirwrapTM styler Complete (7 sets to be given away each month from April to May 2022 and 14 sets to be given away each month from June to September 2022).
4. Each month’s qualified users will be notified via email and Great Eastern Reward App’s notification on the participation of the Shake & Win contest within 3 days after the end of each month.
5. The Shake & Win contest will be available for 3 days from the day on which the email and App notification are sent out.
6. Each month’s qualified users are given one chance per day to take part in the 3-day Shake & Win contest.
7. Users are only eligible to win once throughout the campaign period.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
9. By taking part in The Shake & Win contest, the Winner of the prize agrees to Great Eastern publishing their name on Great Eastern’s website under the Rewards page
10. The receipt of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant providing the prize.
11. Great Eastern makes no representation as to the quality or performance of the goods provided by the merchant.
12. Great Eastern shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Campaign, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). If applicable, all warranty claims in regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this Campaign nor in respect of the prize and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the prize.
13. Great Eastern will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Campaign and/or any notices, letters or correspondence lost, stolen or misdirected in the postal system or telecommunication system, and the consequences arising from the non-receipt of such communication.
14. Great Eastern reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
15. Great Eastern's decisions in all matters related to the Campaign prize and prize winner shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
17. By participating in the Campaign, you hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the Campaign as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern.
18. Participants agree that Great Eastern has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in this Campaign. If Great Eastern subsequently determines that a person is in fact not eligible, for any reason whatsoever, Great Eastern may at its discretion, disqualify the participant and clawback the prize without prior notice.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
