Reach for Great Food and Travel Rewards Campaign Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Registration
1. The Great Eastern's “Reach for Great Food and Travel Rewards” campaign (the "Campaign") is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:
- Currently residing in Singapore;
- Existing policyholders aged 18 years old and above, who have at least one policy with The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“Great Eastern”) or selected insurance plans with Great Eastern General Insurance (“GEG”).
- Policyholders will have to download the Great Eastern Rewards app (“GER app”), sign up for an account and verify themselves as a Great Eastern policyholder using their personal ID or policy number to view the Campaign. For new user sign ups, follow the GER app’s on-screen steps to be verified as a Great Eastern policyholder. Alternatively, GER app users can go to the “Me” profile tab and tap on the “Verify as a Great Eastern Customer” button to complete verification as a Great Eastern policyholder at a later time.
- Policyholders who face issues verifying their accounts may contact Great Eastern at Rewards-sg@greateasternlife.com.
- Existing GER app users who have previously verified themselves as policyholders will only need to log in to view the Campaign on the GER app’s main page.
2. The Campaign consists of two reward giveaways – Oddle Eats Voucher Giveaway ("Oddle Eats Giveaway”) and KrisFlyer miles Giveaway (“Krisflyer Giveaway”) (collectively “Rewards Giveaway”).
3. The Campaign is an initiative by Great Eastern to increase awareness amongst Great Eastern and GEG customers regarding the GER app so that they can enjoy the many benefits brought by the all-in-one rewards app.
4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants shall be deemed to agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Great Eastern concerning this Campaign.
Duration and Conduct of the Campaign
5. The duration of the Campaign shall commence from 0000 hours on 26 August 2022 and will end on 2359 hours on 30 August 2022 (Singapore Time).
6. The Oddle Eats Giveaway shall take place from 0000 hours on Friday, 26 August 2022 and will end at 2359 hours on 30 August 2022. The KrisFlyer Giveaway shall take place from 0000 to 2359 hours on Monday, 29 August 2022 only. The Giveaway periods for the two rewards (“Rewards”) are as set out in the table below (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Period refers to the period when eligible Participants are entitled to redeem the rewards in the GER app. Great Eastern reserves the right to change the timings at any time without further notice.

Campaign Mechanics:
7. Participants simply download the GER app and verify themselves as a Great Eastern or GEG customer during sign-up. Head over to the “Reach for Great Food and Travel Rewards” campaign page in GER app during Campaign duration and start redeeming the rewards.
8. Participants who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria as set out under paragraph 1 may participate in the Rewards Giveaway.
9. Each Participant is limited to one (1) redemption from the Oddle Eats Giveaway and one (1) redemption from the Krisflyer Giveaway, for a maximum of 2 Rewards.
10. Reward(s) are subject to availability and while stocks last.
11. Oddle Eats Giveaway redemption process:
- Upon clicking “Redeem Now”, each customer will receive two (2) of $6 Oddle Eats Voucher credited into his/her Great Eastern Rewards account under “My Vouchers” tab.
- Click on “Use Now” to obtain unique voucher code from Oddle Eats.
- Each voucher code is limited to 1 redemption per user per account via Oddle Eats’ website, valid for use till 31 Oct 2022.
- Note that each voucher code obtained via Great Eastern Rewards must be added to your Oddle Pass account before the Voucher can be used at checkout. For more details, visit https://vouchers.oddle.me/
12. KrisFlyer Giveaway redemption process:
- In order to receive your KrisFlyer miles, please ensure that you have an existing KrisFlyer membership account.
- Click on “Redeem Now” and input your KrisFlyer membership number, family name and given name in the pop up fields for processing of miles’ issuance.
- Miles issuance will take 5 – 7 working days to process.
Other Terms
13. Reward(s) unredeemed by Great Eastern's stipulated date shall be removed. The expiry dates are non-extendable.
14. Reward(s) are non-exchangeable for cash or for any other items.
15. The terms and conditions for the Rewards can be found under the e-voucher for each respective reward. The use of the Reward is further subject to the terms and conditions of the merchants providing the relevant products and/or services. Any issues with redemption of the Rewards at the respective Merchant’s website or application shall be directed to the relevant Merchant and not to Great Eastern.
16. Great Eastern may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any Reward with another of similar value.
17. In the event that the reward(s) for the relevant day of the relevant Rewards Giveaway period are not fully awarded, Great Eastern reserves the right to either (a) roll over the remaining rewards into the following day’s Giveaway; or (b) utilize the remaining rewards for other campaigns or promotions, or (c) to do both (a) and (b).
18. Great Eastern reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
19. Great Eastern's decisions in all matters related to the Campaign, rewards and participants shall be final. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained in relation thereto.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
21. Great Eastern shall not be liable for/or in respect of any expenses, losses, costs, damages, liabilities or other consequences of whatsoever nature (collectively “Losses”) suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by participants of the Campaign howsoever caused or arising and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether by reason of/or on account of any act or omission whether negligent or otherwise on the part of Great Eastern or its servants or agents, even if Great Eastern or its agents or employees are advised of the possibility of such Losses.
22. Great Eastern reserves the right to disqualify and withdraw the participation of any person who is non-compliant to the terms and conditions of the Campaign, in its sole discretion.
23. Participants agree and consent to being contacted by Great Eastern to obtain feedback about the Campaign and/or the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app used in the Campaign.
24. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees and consents to Great Eastern to collect, use, disclose and publish any particulars of the Participants (e.g. photographs, recordings or postings) taken or made during the Campaign for publicity and/or advertising purposes across all media and platforms, whether now known or in the future invented, and whether in its original or edited format without any payment, fee or compensation whatsoever.
25. By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees and consents to Great Eastern and its related corporations (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives, agents, the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using, disclosing and/or sharing their personal data for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer the Campaign (including but not limited to facilitating the redemption of the Reward) and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Purposes”), which is accessible from Great Eastern Singapore’s website at https://www.greateasternlife.com, which each participant confirms they have read and understood.
Each participant’s consent herein supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents they may have previously provided to Great Eastern Persons, and their consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which any of the Great Eastern Persons may have to collect, use, and/or disclose of their Personal Data, with or without their consent, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
26. The Campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
27. By participating in the Campaign, Participants hereby agree to (a) all the terms and conditions of participation in the Campaign as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by Great Eastern; and (b) abide by all the terms and conditions governing the use of the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app, which are expressly incorporated herein and can be found on the Great Eastern Rewards mobile app.
