• Applicable to Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 participants between three (3) and seventy (70) years old (as at 29 October 2023).
• Subject to the Great Eastern General Insurance Limited standard policy terms, conditions and exceptions.
• This policy excludes Death, Disablement or Medical Expense consequent upon pregnancy, child-birth, miscarriage or any complications thereof or pre-existing physical defect or infirmity.
• All payouts will be based on assessments and approvals of duly completed claim forms together with supporting documents within fourteen (14) days of the accident occurrence.

Claimants need to email the following supporting documents to NonMotorClaims-SG@greateasterngeneral.com:

1. Completed Personal Accident Claim Form
2. Medical Tax Invoice/ Hospital Tax Invoice
3. Inpatient discharge summary report from the hospital (if there is hospitalisation)
4. Copy of NRIC
