Introduction
Our Claims Department is responsible for ensuring that all genuine and legitimate claims from our policies are honoured and settled accurately, promptly and professionally.As a claim arise we will want all our policy owners and claimants to be able to submit his or her claim to us for processing with minimal inconvenience.

We are pleased to announce that we have obtained the certification of ISO 9002 in June 2000. We will continuously deliver quality products and services to meet the expectations of our customers to achieve customer satisfaction. Our quality standard will be benchmarked against the best practices established in the business world.
