Protect your vision with a comprehensive eye health assessment at OasisEye Specialists designed to detect potential eye conditions early and support long-term eye health.

Tests Included:

1. Vision Screening - Assessment of visual acuity to evaluate the clarity and sharpness of your vision. 

2. Eye Pressure Measurement - Measurement of intraocular pressure to help identify individuals at risk of glaucoma and other eye conditions. 

3. Glaucoma Screening - Evaluation for signs of glaucoma, a condition that can damage the optic nerve and affect vision if left untreated. 

4. Retina & Macula Scan - Advanced imaging of the retina and macula to detect abnormalities and assess overall retinal health. 

5. Specialist Consultation - Comprehensive review of your screening results with an Eye Specialist, including personalized advice and recommendations for maintaining optimal eye health. 

Terms and conditions apply:

1. Original voucher must be presented upon registration. Photocopies will not be accepted.

2. Consultation will be conducted by any available OasisEye Specialist, subject to appointment availability.

3. Additional services, including lubricating eyedrops, medications and any additional diagnostic tests not covered under this package, will be charged separately.

4. Eligible for newly enrolled High-Net-Worth Great Eastern policyholders only.

5. Valid at all OasisEye Specialists branches nationwide.

6. Prior appointment booking is required (no walk-in).

7. A QR code will be included on the voucher for booking purposes.

8. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or other services.

9. Voucher validity shall be one (1) year from the date of issuance.
