1. Great Eastern Head Office Customer Service Centre and Customer Service Careline will be closed on 02/02/2026 (Monday) and 03/02/2026 (Tuesday) in conjunction with the Thaipusam and Federal Territory public holidays. Business will resume as usual on 04/02/2026 (Wednesday).
In addition, selected Customer Service Centres - Alor Setar, Batu Pahat, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Klang, Kluang, Penang, Seremban, and Taiping will be closed on 02/02/2026 (Monday) for the Thaipusam holiday.
