Make a personal or public liability claim
Here is what you should do when making a personal or public liability claim:
- Take relevant photographs of the scene in general and the damages of the property and the cause of injury. Provide the incident report with the detail description of the accident.
- File a police report, if required.
- Obtain the name and contact details of any third party.
- Obtain details on the nature and extent of the third party’s claim.
- Keep any evidence that may help you in defending against any accusation of negligence.
- Collect the names and contact details of any witnesses, together with their consent to be a witness.
- Do not discuss or admit liability to the third party.
- Call your servicing agent or our General Claims hotline at +65 6248 2638.
- Inform us of any accident which may lead to potential claims against you from any other party. A loss adjuster may be sent to investigate and assess the damage.
- Should you receive any originating claim or letter of demand against you from third party, please forward the correspondences to our General Claims department immediately.

- Photographs
- Incident report or police report (if applicable)
- CCTV footage (if any)
- Third party correspondences
- Repair invoices or medical bills incurred by the third party
- Witness names and contact details
This list of documents are not exhaustive and we may request for additional information or documents in the course of our claim review.
