You can submit your claim online or via post. Select PayNow (registered with NRIC)* to receive instant payout upon claims approval.
*To link your NRIC to your PayNow account, log on to your bank’s internet banking or mobile banking app. For more detailed information, visit your bank’s website (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB).

Please note the file format for online submission:
- Recommended file size is no more than 2MB per file
- Maximum total upload size of all the files per online submission is 20MB
- Only JPG, PNG and PDF file formats are acceptable
- Each document uploaded must have a different file name

Documents to be submitted for claim processing include:
- Flight / travel itinerary, boarding pass or airline ticket which shows the date of departure and return to Singapore
- Original medical bills/receipts. Please request for a detailed breakdown of the expenses incurred e.g. medical consultation and the medication prescribed
- Referral letter from a general practitioner / medical practitioner if specialist consultation and treatment were being sought
- Medical report or inpatient discharge summary from the attending doctor
- A copy of death certificate, autopsy report and coroner’s findings, police report for death claim (if any)
- Letter of administration/probate (for death claim above $150,000)
- Proof of relationship between the deceased and yourself (for death claim)
For trip cancellation / postponement:
If you are unable to depart for your trip at all or require to postpone your trip due to the named perils under the policy, you should contact your travel agency/airline/booking agent to inform about the cancellation immediately. We require a letter confirming the postponement and verifying the amount that will be refunded to you.
For trip curtailment:
If you need to cut short or reduce your trip and return directly to Singapore due to the named insured peril, obtain documents such as doctor’s letter to verify reasons you are unable to continue with your trip and letter from travel agency/airline confirmation on the cost of nonrefundable prepaid travelling expenses (including the cancellation fees).
Documents to be submitted for trip cancellation/postponement/curtailment claim processing includes:
- Flight / travel itinerary, boarding pass or airline ticket, which shows the date of departure and return to Singapore
- Written confirmation from a medical practitioner certifying you are unfit to travel or continue with your trip (for cases of serious injury or illness)
- Letter from the travel agency or airline confirming on the cost of non-refundable prepaid travelling expenses (including the cancellation fees)
- The original invoice or receipt of the tour booking and a copy of the itinerary
- Copy of death certificate (of the deceased who caused the cancellation)
- Proof of relationship between the deceased/injured/sick person and yourself
For loss of any personal belongings/items, please file a police report within 24 hours at the place of loss. You need to request for a copy of the report for claim submission.
If the loss or damage occurs during the custody of an airline/cruise/train/bus operator, please inform them and request for a property loss/damage irregularity report.
Please take photographs of the damaged items and retain the items for our inspection, if any.

- Flight / travel itinerary, boarding pass or airline ticket which shows the date of departure and return to Singapore
- Copy of police report lodged at the place of loss within 24 hours
- Baggage loss or damage report filed with relevant authorities or service provider (e.g. property irregularity report)
- Letter (confirmation of loss and stating compensation amount) from airlines or other sources
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Copy of diagnostic report from repairer stating the cause and extent of damage
- Repair bill or quotation of repair for damaged item(s)
- Original purchase receipt or credit card statement and warranty card of lost or damaged item(s)
- Invoice / receipt for the transport and accommodation expenses incurred to replace the lost passport or travel documents
- Original receipt of the replacement passport
Please obtain a property irregularity report at the airline counter or at the airport’s lost and found counter. Upon delivery of the baggage, there will be an acknowledgment form provided. Kindly ensure that the date and time of delivery are reflected on this form.
Documents to be submitted for claim processing include:
- Property irregularity report on the delay and baggage acknowledgement form/slip.
Please obtain a letter from the airline/cruise operator or their handling agent on the reason and the length of delay.

- Scheduled and revised travel itinerary and boarding pass for every flight
- Letter from airline/cruise operator or their handling agent stating the reason and the duration of delay
Documents to be submitted for claim processing if something happened to your rental vehicle include:
- Police report filed at place of loss within 24 hours
- Accident report
- Rental agreement and/or receipt showing the vehicle excess amount
