To update the specimen signature for any of your policies, we'll require you to complete and submit the Update of personal particulars form.

2. Submission

By online 

Make an online submission with your completed forms and supporting documents. 

By walk-in or post

You can also visit us at our customer service centre, or send all forms and documents and supporting documents to us by post.
