Set up biometric sign-in
You can enable GreatID biometric sign-in on Great Eastern app and Great Eastern Rewards app for a more seamless login experience.

How to activate biometric sign-in
Click Biometric settings.
Your email address would have been prefilled. Key in your password. Click Continue.
Click Yes to register your biometric(s).
Your phone would be prompted to verify the biometric(s) you had set up in this device previously, click Continue.
Once your biometric has been verified, click Continue.
Deactivate biometric sign-in
How to deactivate biometric sign-in
Click Biometric settings.
Sign in with your biometric and then click Continue. Alternatively, click X at the top right corner, key in your password, and click Continue.
To deactivate a biometric setting, click the trash icon on the right of the biometric profile you wish to deactivate.
Click Yes to confirm your decision to deactivate the selected biometric profile. Otherwise, click No.
Click Done to end the process of deactivating a biometric profile. Alternatively, you can click Activate biometric to activate a new biometric profile.
