The ILP Sub-Fund's objective is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing in equities in the economies of the ASEAN region.
GreatLink Global Real Estate Securities Fund
The investment objective of the ILP Sub-Fund is to seek to provide investors with medium to long term capital appreciation and to make regular income distributions by investing globally in (a) equity securities of companies that derive a substantial part of their revenue from the ownership, management and/or development of real estate and (b) Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) listed or traded in a regulated market.
GreatLink China Growth Fund
The ILP Sub-Fund invests all or substantially into the Schroder International Selection Fund Greater China Fund (“Underlying Fund”), managed by Schroder Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited. The Underlying Fund aims to provide capital growth in excess of the MSCI Golden Dragon (Net TR) index after fees have been deducted over a three to five year period by investing at least two-thirds of its assets in equities and equity related securties of companies in People's Republic of China, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan.
