Campaign Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is organized by Great Eastern General Insurance Limited (“GEG”).
- This Promotion is applicable to new customers, aged between 26 to 69 years old, must be a Singapore registered vehicle owner with more than three years of driving experience and purchase a new Drive and Save Plus policy (Comprehensive Plan) from 24 May 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive.
- Each new customer will be entitled to receive 5,000 UPGREAT Points (redeemable for S$50 Shell Fuel Voucher via UPGREAT) (“Gift”) and the Gift will be credited to their UPGREAT account two months after the purchase and inception of the policy.
- The Promo code must be keyed in to be eligible for the Promotion. Any incomplete entries will be disqualified to receive the Gift.
- For new customers who provided their car insurance renewal information, they will be entitled to receive 5,000 UPGREAT Points (redeemable for S$50 Shell Fuel Voucher via UPGREAT) upon the purchase of Drive and Save Plus policy (Comprehensive Plan).
- Customers must ensure that their particulars submitted are true, complete and accurate in all respects and that GEG will use the information provided to contact them for marketing purposes.
- For customers without an UPGREAT account, please download from the app store and create an account.
- The email address provided in UPGREAT must be same as the email address provided to GEG to ensure crediting of points.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other codes, discount or promotion.
- GEG reserves the right to withdraw the Gift if the policy is cancelled within two months after the purchase of the policy.
- GEG may replace or recover the Gift at any time without notice or liability.
- GEG reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
- All decisions made by GEG are final.
- GEG will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion, the Gift and/or any correspondence lost, stolen or misdirected in the telecommunication system, and the consequences arising from the non-receipt of such communication.
- By participating in this Promotion, each customer agrees to release and hold GEG harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly,:
(a) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Gifts or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the promotion, and:
(b) the participation in the Promotion or any Gift-related activities.
- By participating in the Promotion, each customer agrees and consents to GEG and its related corporations (collectively, the “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives, agents, authorized service providers and relevant third parties (the Companies and all the other foregoing parties, collectively, “Great Eastern Persons”), collecting, using and/or disclosing each participant’s personal data, for purposes reasonably required by the Companies to administer the Promotion and such other purposes as described in Great Eastern’s Privacy Statement which is accessible from Great Eastern’s website, which each participant confirms he/she has read and understood.
- The terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
