Terms and Conditions
1. Great Eastern Birthday Treats is a customer rewards programme for Great Eastern policyholders aged 17 and above (based on age next birthday), who have at least one Life or Accident & Health policy purchased from a financial representative of Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Ltd (“Great Eastern”).
Birthday Treats (redeemable via Great Eastern Rewards mobile application)
2. Eligible policyholder can redeem the available Birthday Treats via our Great Eastern Rewards mobile application.
3. To redeem the Birthday Treats, policyholders will have to download and sign up for an Great Eastern Rewards account using a valid email address and verify as a Great Eastern customer with their NRIC/FIN.
4. Birthday Treats are only available during the valid redemption period as stated under each Birthday Treat featured in the Great Eastern Rewards mobile application.
5. All Birthday Treats are non-transferrable, non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. There will be strictly no extension of the Birthday Treats validity period.
7. Redemption of Birthday Treats are subject to the terms and conditions listed under each Treat in the Great Eastern Rewards mobile application.
8. Great Eastern is entitled to replace or withdraw the Birthday Treats at any time without prior notice or liability.

1. How do I redeem the birthday treats?
You can redeem the available treats via our Great Eastern Rewards mobile application, please refer to the terms and conditions for the respective treats in the mobile application.
The treats can be found under '<Month> Birthday Treats' after your verification as a Great Eastern customer in the Great Eastern Rewards mobile application. (For example, March Birthday Treats).
2. How do I sign up for an Great Eastern Rewards account?
Download Great Eastern Rewards mobile app from the respective app store. Once downloaded, tap on “Sign up”, enter a valid email address and create a password. If you are a Great Eastern customer, please register and follow the steps as indicated within the app.
3. I have an existing Great Eastern Rewards account. Why am I unable to see the birthday treats?
You will need to verify yourself as a Great Eastern Policyholder, following the steps below:
For existing Great Eastern Rewards users
(who have yet to verify their account as a Policyholder)
For existing Great Eastern Rewards users
(who have already verified their account as a Policyholder)
Step 1: Go to 'me' tab
Step 2: Click on ‘Verify as a Great Eastern customer
Step 3: Key in your NRIC/FIN. A One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number that you have registered with Great Eastern
