Great Eastern Life continues an active role in corporate citizenship to make life great for the less privileged and the community at large.
The Great Eastern Supremacy Scholarship Award is one of the leading programmes in the insurance industry. Every year since 1998, we have been the platform where almost a hundred deserving, talented, young Malaysians can pursue their dreams.
To date, Great Eastern Life has awarded over RM14 million to more than 200 recipients who dared to dream, to be different, and took the lead in realising those dreams.
Here, we do not just provide great career opportunities for people; we also nurture, care and develop them from young – even before they begin their journey towards success.
Types of awards offered

| Family Income Criteria | Household with monthly income of RM7,000* and below |
| Attending or obtained confirmed/conditional entry into | Universities based in Malaysia for approved courses of study |
| Certificate | Minimum 3.3 CGPA or its equivalent at pre-university level (STPM / Foundation / Matriculation) or 2As and 1B for A-Levels / Foundation (Scholarship offer is for those pursuing first degree only) |
| Confirmation of Award | Provisional offer of scholarship will be made subject to the confirmation of acceptance by the educational institutions listed below |
| Sports and Extracurricular Activities | Active member of sports and extracurricular activities |
| Sponsored Course | 1. Accounting |
| Maximum Scholarship Value | Based on the educational institutions' academic fees per year and living allowance |
| Tenure | Minimum period required by the University to complete the course of study |
| Condition of Award | Not currently receiving any form of scholarship/allowance that covers entire education fee, bonded or not bonded |
| Contract/Bond Period Upon Graduation | All candidates will be required to avail themselves for employment at Great Eastern. Bond period of 3 years will start from joining date as permanent employee of Great Eastern |
| Early Termination | Full reimbursement of scholarship award received, back to Great Eastern Life |
