Medical card

The medical card is issued by the company that provides proof of health coverage. It allows you to access medical treatment, hospitalisation, and other healthcare services without paying upfront with costs being fully or partially covered.

Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate app. Your available medical cards will be accessible on the home page.

You must have an active cashless benefit in order for you to have a medical card. A cashless benefit allows you to receive medical treatment without needing to pay upfront for covered services. Cashless benefits differ according to company policy.

If you are unable to locate your medical card, check with your company whether your cashless benefit is inactive or has expired. Seek advice from your company on how you can get your cashless benefit reactivated (if eligible).

Medical cards will state the insured member's status (e.g. employee, spouse, etc.), ID number, policy number, and company name.

  1. Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate app.
  2. Tap the medical card at the top of the page.
  3. In the expanded version of the medical card, tap the three dots at the bottom right of the card.
  4. Tap View benefits to see the list of benefits.
