You are required to lodge a police report within 24 hours and notify the claim to us within 7 days. You can file your claims online here.

We would be issuing a Theft Offer Letter to you. You are required to prepare and submit the requested documents in original hardcopy format for us to proceed payment. For stolen vehicle still under hire purchase agreement, the payment will be proceeded to the hire purchase company. We will proceed the payment to Policyholder subject to the Policyholder has fully settled the hire purchase loan and provide us a copy of e-batal or JPJ extract which indicates the stolen vehicle is free from hire purchase company.

If we declare your vehicle as stolen and not recovered, the amount payable under the Policy will be the Market Value at the time of the loss or the Sum Insured as shown in the Schedule, whichever sum is the lesser. The payable amount is subject to the deduction of policy excess if applicable.
