Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

The campaign is open to all insurance applicants who are not:

·       Financially insolvent or adjudicated bankrupt.

Applicants must meet the specific criteria outlined for each eligible product to qualify for campaign rewards.

Do existing customers qualify for the campaign?

Yes, existing customers can participate only if they purchase a new policy of the eligible products during the campaign period. The campaign is strictly for new policy purchases.

Is the discount applicable to policy renewals or second-year premiums?

No. The discount is only applicable to the first-year premium. From the second year onward, premiums will be charged at the full standard rate as stated in the policy schedule.

Can I combine this campaign with other promotions?

No. This campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotional campaigns offered by GEGM.

What happens if I cancel my policy within the first year?

If you cancel your policy within the first year, any refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the terms in the policy contract. The discounted premium will be considered in the refund calculation.

Are the campaign discounts transferable or exchangeable?

No. All discounts and rebates under this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Can I make changes to my policy during the first year?

No. Mid-term policy endorsements (changes) are not permitted during the first policy year under this campaign.
