You can only apply for reinstatement if your policy has:
A lapsed policy can only be reinstated within 120 days from the renewal date after lapsing, subject to health declaration and underwriting.
A policy that has been terminated because the policyholder has chosen to opt out can only be reinstated within 30 days from the termination letter date without underwriting.
You can apply to reinstate your DPS via your Financial Representative, who can also follow up on your specific needs.

If your application is successful, we will send you an acknowledgment letter.
If we require payment or additional documents, we will send you a query letter.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will send you a letter stating the reasons for rejection.
The reinstatement will take effect from the approval date or payment effective date, whichever is later.
