During the 24-month programme, you will be able to immerse yourself in the inner-workings of the financial sector whilst learning the many aspects of the insurance operations through job rotation and overall development for a career in the industry.
As a Management Trainee (MT), you will undergo on-the-job learning opportunities through specific career tracks, which we will identify with you – including Finance, Operations or Business tracks.
