Through the Management Trainee for Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (MT-FSTEP) at Great Eastern, you will have the opportunity to jumpstart your career with the largest insurance company in the country.

During the 24-month programme, you will be able to immerse yourself in the inner-workings of the financial sector whilst learning the many aspects of the insurance operations through job rotation and overall development for a career in the industry.

As a Management Trainee (MT), you will undergo on-the-job learning opportunities through specific career tracks, which we will identify with you – including Finance, Operations or Business tracks. Throughout the course of the programme, you will be coached and mentored by the Senior Management Team at Great Eastern and receive support from the Human Capital team in your development and adjustment to the programme.
