The Benefits section displays all the benefits that you and your dependants enjoy as part of your plan.
Log in to the Great Eastern Corporate app.
Tap Benefits in the bottom navigation.
Select a member from the drop-down list.
View an overview of the benefit details such as benefit coverage and annual limits for the selected member.
Tap the arrow for each benefit to view more information.
If your employer has included dependant coverage in your plan, their benefits will be displayed in the app under your account. You can toggle between employee and dependant account(s) to view the respective benefit information.
Tap the arrow for each benefit to view a breakdown of what is covered under your plan.
Visit one of the healthcare establishments on the list of panel clinics and hospitals. Present your digital medical card (if available) or provide your policy details. If required, submit a claim in the app after your visit.
If your plan allows for visits to non-panel clinics or hospitals, you can submit a claim in the app for reimbursement. Follow the steps for submitting a medical claim.
