This plan does not provide coverage for:
• Pre-existing Illness
• Specified Illness during the first one hundred twenty (120) days of cover.
• Maternity and complications arising from pregnancy.
• Congenital abnormalities.
• Injuries or illness arising from racing or hazardous sports unless purchased as an Optional Benefits
• Cosmetics or plastic surgery.
• Dental conditions including dental treatment or oral surgery unless necessitated by a covered accident.
• War, terrorism, radiation or contamination by radioactivity, nuclear weapons material.
• HIV and/or HIV related illness including AIDS.
• Self-inflicted injury.
