Great is caring for our community! As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts to give back to our community, the Reach for Great Fundraising Challenge was launched from 14 September to 14 November to help raise funds to support two charities – Daughters Of Tomorrow and Singapore Cancer Society.
Great Eastern Financial Representatives and staff actively formed teams and reached out to their network to garner donations. The teams also clocked distance, to leverage on the corporate matching where Great Eastern donates $1 for every 1km completed. At the end of the Challenge, the teams clocked close to 40,000km altogether!
On race day, the top fundraising teams were recognised for their efforts. Congratulations to Team Dreamcatcher and Team JKLM!
In addition to the efforts of our Great Eastern fundraising teams, our runners and corporate partners also donated generously. A total of $220,000 was raised at the end of the Challenge. Huge thanks to all who contributed to this meaningful cause!
Make a donation to support meaningful causes. We can all do our part.
Donations of S$50 and above made via SimplyGiving are eligible for tax deductions. Funds raised will be divided equally between both charity organisations.
