1. What is the “Protect What Makes It Home” Campaign?

The “Protect What Makes It Home” Campaign is a promotional campaign organised by Great Eastern General Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad (“GEGM”), offering eligible applicants a complimentary RM30 Touch ‘n Go credit when they successfully purchase an eligible GREAT Home 360 policy and meet all campaign requirements.


2. When is the Campaign Period?

The Campaign runs from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated by GEGM. GEGM reserves the right to shorten, extend, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion.

 

3. Who is eligible to participate in this Campaign?

The Campaign is open to all insurance applicants who meet the eligibility criteria, except:

• Applicants who have previously purchased or held any GREAT Home 360 (GH360) plan (this Campaign is strictly for new customers and new purchases only);

• Applicants who have been adjudicated bankrupt; or

• Any other persons excluded by GEGM in accordance with its internal policies.


4. Which product is eligible for this Campaign?

Only GREAT Home 360 policies are eligible under this Campaign.


5. What do I need to do to qualify for the Reward?

To qualify for the Reward:

• You must make a new purchase of any GREAT Home 360 plan; (Renewals, existing policies, policy upgrades, replacements, reinstatements, or any other non-new purchases are strictly excluded and will not be entitled to this campaign.)

• Your application must be submitted within the Campaign Period;

• Full premium payment must be made and the policy must be issued within the Campaign Period;

• Eligibility is limited to the first 500 policies issued, on a first-come, first-served basis, based on policy issuance date and time.


6. What Reward will I receive?

Eligible applicants will receive a complimentary RM30 Touch ‘n Go credit, subject to full compliance with the Campaign Terms and Conditions.


7. How and when will I receive the Touch ‘n Go credit?

The Reward will be sent via email from GEGM to the email address provided during application, by the 30th day of the following month after policy issuance or purchase confirmation. Issuance timelines may vary due to payment clearance or policy verification.

 

8. What happens if I provide an incorrect or invalid email address?

If an incorrect or invalid email address is provided, the Reward will be forfeited, and GEGM will not be responsible for re-issuance.

 

9. How do I redeem the Touch ‘n Go credit?

The Reward can only be redeemed via the Touch ‘n Go App. You must:

• Download the Touch ‘n Go App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; and

• Log in to your Touch ‘n Go account to access and redeem the credit.

 

10. How long is the Touch ‘n Go credit valid?

The Touch ‘n Go credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is successfully credited into your Touch ‘n Go account. Any unused credit after expiry will be non-refundable and forfeited.

 

11. Can the Reward be transferred or exchanged for cash?

No. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.

 

12. What happens if I cancel my policy after receiving the Reward?

If the policy is cancelled after the Reward has been issued:

• Any refunded premium will be subject to a RM30 deduction; and

• The refund will be processed in accordance with the policy terms. No policy changes are permitted within the first policy year under this Campaign.

 

13. What if I cancel and reapply during the Campaign Period?

If an existing application is cancelled and resubmitted as a new application during the Campaign Period, GEGM reserves the right to forfeit the Reward.

 

14. Can this Campaign be combined with other promotions?

No. This Campaign cannot be combined with any other promotional campaigns offered by GEGM.

 

15. Does GEGM have the right to change the Campaign details?

Yes. GEGM reserves the right to amend, revise, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or its mechanics at any time without prior notice. All decisions by GEGM are final and binding.

 

16. What law governs this Campaign?

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
