From 22 June 2024, in support of our efforts to Go-Green and reduce our carbon footprint with paperless notifications, your Personal Accident claim settlement letter will be made accessible to you as an eDocument. We have discontinued our hardcopy Personal Accident (PA) Claim Settlement Letter which sent via postal service.

Customers will be notified via SMS and email once the eDocument is ready for viewing on eConnect. To view this eDocument, customers can log in to their eConnect upon receiving the notification.
