You can submit your claims via your Financial Representative, and they can also help follow up on your specific needs.

How to make a retrenchment claim

1. Download documents

You will need to submit the following documents for your claim.

Document	Purpose
Retrenchment Claim Form	To be completed with details of your claim
Retrenchment Claim Instruction Page	An outline of necessary steps in filing your claim

2. Include supporting documents

In addition to the forms and documents in the previous step, we'll also require you to submit the following supporting documents:

Retrenchment letter from your former employer
CPF contribution statement that showing records from 12 months before and 3 months after the retrenchment date
Salary slips from the 12 months before the retrenchment date

3. Submit documents

Make an online submission with your completed forms and supporting documents.

You can also visit us at our customer service centre, or send all forms and documents and supporting documents to us by post.
